The leaves of this plant are a soft, pale green to cream, with dramatic white and silver marbling and streaks that give it an almost "frosted" appearance. The veins are a deep green, creating a beautiful contrast with the lighter colors, and the undersides of the leaves are often a rich purple or maroon. This unique coloration gives the Calathea 'White Fusion' a delicate, elegant look, making it a standout in any plant collection.

    Native to the tropical rainforests of South America, this plant thrives in environments that mimic the dappled light and humidity of its natural habitat. It prefers bright, indirect light, as direct sunlight can scorch its delicate leaves, causing the colors to fade or brown. This Calathea variety should be kept in a warm environment with temperatures between 65-75°F (18-24°C).

    Warm temperatures: This plant prefer temperatures between 65-75°F (18-24°C) with high humidity. Avoid temperatures below 50°F.

      1. Sensitive to some chemicals: This Calathea, like many other varieties, is generally sensitive to chemicals like chlorine and fluoride found in tap water. Distilled water is recommended.
      2. Fertilize once a month: Feed your White Fusion with a balanced liquid fertilizer diluted to half strength once a month during the growing season.
      3. Repot every 1-2 years: Repot every 1-2 years or when the plant becomes root-bound. Choose a pot that’s only slightly larger than the current one.

      Can I order and receive plants during the winter?

      Yes, we ship plants year-round! Our shipments are carefully packaged to ensure we deliver healthy plants to your door every day of the year. We monitor the weather across the country and will include heat packs at no extra charge to keep your plants warm during shipping. If weather conditions are extreme (e.g., storm or severe winter), we will inform you of an updated delivery date that we believe is more appropriate.

      How can I change my order details?

      To update your order details, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We care about all our customers and will like to ship the correct item to the right location. We are not held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses. In addition, we cannot cancel orders that has already been shipped.

      If I order more than one plant, will they ship separately?

      Items apart of the same order typically ship together. In rare circumstances, the items may ship from both our Southern California and Florida greenhouses and could arrive in separate packages at different times. For these instances, once each item is shipped, you'll receive individual tracking information for each package, so you can easily track their progress.

      Where do you ship?

      We currently ship to the contiguous United States which consists of the 48 U.S. states and the District of Columbia.

      Do you offer same-day or next-day delivery?

      Unfortunately, we do not offer same-day or next-day delivery. Plants require careful preparation and packaging to ensure they arrive healthy and in optimal condition, we take the necessary time to pack them properly. This ensures that your plants are shipped safely and arrive ready to thrive.
