Greenery and its subsidiaries and affiliates, ("we", "us" or "our"), provide you access to our products and services through www.Greenerycos.com (the “Website”) subject to the following Terms of Use, which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you.  By browsing the public areas or by accessing and using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by the terms and conditions of these Terms of Service and the terms and conditions of our Privacy Policy, which are hereby incorporated by reference (collectively, this “Agreement”).  If you do not agree to any of these terms, then please do not use the Website.

ELIGIBILITY

This is a contract between you and the owners and operators of Greenery. You must read and agree to these Terms before using our Site. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Site. You may use our Site only if you can form a binding contract with us, and only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules and regulations. Any use or access to the Site by anyone under eighteen (18) years of age is strictly prohibited and in violation of these Terms. If you are a parent or legal guardian of a User under the age of 18, by allowing your child to use the Site, you are subject to the terms of these Terms, and responsible for your child’s activity on the Site. Our Site is not available to any Users we previously removed from our Site.

We reserve all rights not expressly granted by these Terms in and to our Site and our Intellectual Property (defined below). We may suspend or terminate your access to our Site at any time for any reason or no reason.

Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a us or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. You may not upload commercial content on the site or use the site to solicit others to join or become members of any other commercial online service or other organization.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

All our products are sourced from reliable farmers and plant nurseries within the United States and ship from our fulfillment centers in Southern California and Florida. We are highly committed to your satisfaction and only offer products we believe are of high-quality and meet or exceed our sourcing standards.

ORDERS

On your credit card bill this charge will show up as "Greenery". Placing an order with us indicates that you have read and agreed to all of our policies. Please review the order confirmation and check to make sure the order is correct and that no changes are necessary. If you have any concerns or changes to be made, please contact us immediately. We will assume the order is accurate unless we hear otherwise within 24 hours of placing your order. Any fees incurred for order entry mistakes after that time will be the customer's responsibility.

SHIPPING DATES

At the time the order is placed, an email with order confirmation is sent. We offer free shipping on all products, but the delivery timeline can change. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive tracking number information which should indicate the order's expected delivery time. After you have placed your order, you will have 24 hours to make changes/cancellations to your order. Please email us at sales@greenerycos.com to do so. If the order is not cancelled, we will proceed with shipment of the order. 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFORMATION

All items are shipped FREE of charge throughout the United States. Our product descriptions will clearly outline what product will be shipped. Greenery will not be liability for incorrect shipping addresses or product damages caused by the customer. We partner with FedEx and USPS as our preferred carrier partners to ship products within the continental United States. 

PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

We accept the following methods of payment for all products: 

  • Debit/Credit Cards: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Your card will be charged in USD.
  • PayPal
  • GooglePay
  • Apple Pay

Sales Tax Policy: Greenery does not collect any sales tax on orders shipped to any location. No sales tax will be applied to your orders, regardless of shipping address. 

Payment Issues: If you encounter any issues during payment process or have concerns about any charges, please contact our customer support team at sales@greenerycos.com. 

Payment Confirmation: Your payment is captured automatically at checkout and will be confirmed on the checkout page after completing your order. An email receipt will be sent to you confirming payment. 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
